Kettlebell Routine
Lots to like here. Fit young lad, clearly into training. Outdoor - check. Shirtless - check. Barefoot - oh, well he seems to have a good grip on his kettlebell I suppose. Dog passes by - check! Nice upright stance - check. Range of exercises for whole body - arms, shoulders, chest, core, legs - check.
