Chest Day

Most guys getting into gym workouts for the first time think about creating bigger chests, bigger biceps and ripped abdominals. We're not into creating huge muscles just for the sake of it, and try to steer people into all-round development - the often-neglected back and legs, for example, and pointing out that triceps make a larger contribution to upper arm size than biceps - but also tailoring your routines towards developing in the right way for your chosen sporting and leisure activities.

Nonetheless, in the next days we'll focus on the 'big three' starting here with the chest. This post offers some examples where the chest development is particularly obvious but not OTT, and is hopefully forming part of an all-round development plan.
