All-Rounders
Today, we're looking at guys who have not gone for excessive muscle development, but rather a good all-round strengthening and appearance to prepare them for whichever sports they enjoy partticipating in. Not bodybuilding as such, therefore, which can lead to such excessive muscle develoment that you actually become pretty useless at anything requiring quick movement, stretching or flexibility.
It's a pretty random selection, but all can be proud of what their training is giving them!
