That Satisfying Ache (2024/394)
The morning after a good workout, your muscles shouldn't be painful, but there's a satisfying ache? That's OK - its telling you that your muscles are rebuilding and adding a bit more in anticipation of having to work harder next time.
That's how it works and that's how it should be. Pain is a warning: ache should be satisfying and encourage you to go back into the gym and work the other parts of your body while giving the bits you previously exercised time to recover.
If you don't challenge yourself, you don't change yourself.
Let's join some guys who clearly fit the formula... back in the gym...
...but just a thought. You don't need to be in a gym to do some meaningful exercise - as we show here by joining Hayden Greene in bed, exercising his abs!
As you can see, abs exercises can be done pretty much anywhere:
But, in general, being in the gym does add some discipline to what you are doing.

More and more, we see the younger generation inspired:
Occasionally, clips turn up where we would disagree with what is happening: in this next one, the kettlebells are clearly too heavy for the younger brother, but their father is commentating so he is obviously not concerned: but DO NOT encourage our younger fitness fans to lift too heavy as this can potentially damage their growth.
