It's Not Just Gym... (2025/153)
Fitness isn't just about lifting weights in the gym. It can be swimming, running, jumping, track and field... but whatever it is, it is the season for being outside.
So most of today's fit guys are outside, and in some cases we can respect their fitness even though they're standing still - or even lying down!
Let's go.
As usual we let the young'uns feature near the end... and a final video of dance training: yes, flexibility and movement is all-important too... even though he breaks the 'outdoor' theme...
