ANY Gym is Fine by Us! (2025/300)

Some guys have a habit of 'rubbishing' other gyms, which is unfortunate. We all support our favourite place, of course: but the important thing is not the gym itself (which might be your garage or backyard, or one of the popular chain megagyms) but what you do when you are there. And, of course the friends you make, each encouraging the other d that little bit extra towards their fitness goals, whether it be strength, bulking, shredding, or general athleticism and flexibility.

It's ALL good - even if you sometimes have to do it in your bedroom.

Let's admire some results and some action in gym settings.
