Fighters (2026/063)
All fighters need to train, but not all trainers want to fight. We train for all sorts of reasons - excellence in chosen sports, general health and fitness, or for aesthetic (body image) reasons...
The focus in this post is on fighters, who need high levels of overall fitness, strength (including tight abs to avoid injury), explosive power (plyometrics) and endurance... which means they train hard. Not necessarily big muscles, but seriously 'hard', to use the old term.
Excluded here is wrestling, which we actually like doing and have specific posts for (in fact, it is time we had our first bonus post of the 2026 on that subject - maybe later today).
So - let's bring on the 'tough' guys:
