Our Local Gym Has Overheated! (2026/153)

Unprecedented temperatures where we are, and gyms well equipped with heating but not cooling!  And even if you can train outdoors, unless you are used to Miami-type temperatures, we definitely wouldn't last long there, either.

Training must go on, but it was extremely short and sweaty today. Definitely shirtless, whatever the "rules" might say!  But our 'WeLoveTraining' guys continue to set a better example than we do!
