Keep At It! (2026/244)

Training isn't just about building a better body and better health - it is about maintaining it too! Granted, your routine will probably change a bit when you think you have the aesthetics you dreamed of, but to keep it, you'll need to keep active in the gym and outside.

Just go for it - like this first young lad knows he needs to for his sport:

Look at his face - there's a guy who really wants it.

Later we'll see some of his young colleagues in action but first, let the older generations show how its done!

We love to see dads inspiring their sons and keeping them away from screens... and especially in the great outdoors...

Inspiration is seen in combat sports too - either dads or in these cases older bro then inspirational athlete:

Inspiration here from one young Uzbekh jiu-jitsu student to an even younger one...

...and the importance of coach inspiration should never be forgotten:

But maybe the best motivator is 'dad'! We've already seen these two in the woods with kettlebells... just look at the kid's face...

Some more 'true believers' resting after workout and showing off a bit:

Finally for today, here's one of the younger set (an indoor climbing enthusiast from Odessa) putting his even younger brother to good use:

...and we also know he trains in the dark when power is out and missiles are around - good on you, Timur.
